Website content describes our software services in general terms. Formal project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are defined only in written proposals or contracts agreed with clients.
When Afri-Silicon delivers software services, client data processing is governed by the relevant project agreement and our security practices described at /security.
Website form submissions are handled according to our Privacy Policy. Afri-Silicon does not claim ownership of information you submit through inquiry forms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Afri-Silicon retains ownership of website content, branding, and pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. Client project ownership is governed by the relevant project agreement.
The website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afri-Silicon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
