Trust
Clients trust us with financial workflows, client records, and operational data. Security is scoped from discovery — not bolted on before launch.
Afri-Silicon treats client data, user records, and business information as confidential by default. Access is limited to project team members with a documented need.
We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties except where required for agreed integrations, infrastructure providers, or legal obligations.
Production systems are deployed on reputable cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections (TLS), role-based access, and environment separation between development, staging, and production.
We design systems with data minimisation, purpose limitation, and user consent flows in mind — particularly for platforms handling personal data, financial records, or client matter information.
Clients remain the data controllers for their platforms. Afri-Silicon acts as a processor during development and, where agreed, during managed support.
For fintech and payment-adjacent builds, we scope reconciliation trails, permission boundaries, and integration security from discovery. We do not store raw M-Pesa PINs or card data — integrations follow provider guidelines.
If a security issue affects a client system under our support, we notify the client promptly, contain the issue, document root cause, and agree remediation steps. Formal SLAs are defined in support contracts.
